Today, we will cover the hot topic of the AI world - the launch of GPT-4o.

It’s twice as fast as the last model, GPT-4 turbo, and costs half as much. A new addition is that it recognizes audio and video.

Imagine having a virtual assistant who's always on and ready to share insights from the vast chambers of the internet. That's GPT-4o. It's not a tool. It's a companion that works with you 24/7 on a screen share.

In case you’re wondering how much better is it than Dall-E, here are the results a user got from the same prompt.

Open AI released a 26-minute demo presentation, flashing their latest toy, and it took over Twitter like wildfire.

One of the main features is that it is available to free ChatGPT subscribers.

Yet, premium subscribers will get priority over others after a few updates.

Currently, It can only handle text and vision inputs, but soon, it will also interpret audio and video.

Few tests have shown it has a higher IQ than its previous models.

Unlike all the other computers talking, chatting with GPT-4o feels like chatting with a genuine human being. A few Reddit users also said that it sounds like Scarlett Johansson from the movie "Her."

Siri is finally having some good competition.

I have a balanced perspective on GPT-4o. It's undeniably a step forward in AI technology. But it's important to remember that we're still a long way from the lofty promises often made by AI influencers. 

It's a revolution in progress, not a finished product.

AI is still not capable of eating your job—especially creative work.

It is a tough nut to crack. There’s no straight-line formula to follow and no success parameter to judge.

But its abilities should still scare you.

Like how it can create a 3D model from a single prompt. This can be concerning for a junior-level designer. As I said earlier, AI will change the entry-level jobs. 

You must up skill yourself at the pace at which AI is improving.
