6-step guide to using AI to launch a product from scratch

The most common question I get in my DMs " Hey, Harsh. I love your tools and resources, but can you tell me how to use them to launch a product-based business".

The answer is Yes.

Today, I want to give you an actionable roadmap to launch an online business from scratch. By only using AI and a proven strategy.

I've divided this into 6 parts.

1. Idea generators

2. Validating the idea

3. Customer persona

4. Creating an MVP

5. Launch a lead magnet

6. Writing a landing page

AI will be doing most of the legwork for you. 

It's also my brand mantra - AI is for legwork, not mind-work.

If you're launching a business, I assume you have a loose figure of your niche and expertise.

We're going to double down on it and make it crystal clear.

1.Idea generator

So, I found this great tool that helps you generate good niche ideas. (link)

All you need to do is describe what your business does or what your expertise is.

And the tool will vomit out 3 ideas that are mostly on point.

The more concise you describe your business, the better the results.

But keep it short, as the AI sometimes loses its mind.

Now it's time to find to whom we will send it.

2.Validating Ideas

After you find an interesting idea, validate it.

The last thing you want is to create a product with no demand.

Use tools like Answer the Public or a quick search on Reddit and Quora to find out whether someone is asking questions that your product will solve.

3.Customer persona

Now, it's extremely important that you understand the dreams and desires of your target audience. 

It will help you with the copy but also for product development.

This tool helps you do that. You just put a short description of your product, and it will spit out the customer persona. (link)

Though the tool is great, I would still take its advice with a pinch of salt.

4.Build an MVP

MVP cuts out all the flowery fluff.

You need a performing product, not a pretty product.

And you only need 2 tools if it's a knowledge product.

Use notion to hold your texts, looms, videos, and the rest.

For design, I suggest you use Canva. 

Leave the pretty detailing for later on.

Business is already hard enough – Don't make it more.

5.Launching a lead magnet

Once the product is completed, you want to create a bait – A carrot on a stick to lure them.

I believe in the marketing philosophy of Alex hormozi.

You must first win your target audience's trust with your free stuff and prove your competence.

Later, direct them towards the main offer.

Here are a few lead-magnet ideas you can create like:

To host your product, I would use Gumroad.

6.Landing page

Even after so many tools out there, I believe the best tool is still Copy.AI.

The copy is on point. If you have a basic understanding of copywriting, you can make one hell of a landing page.

I suggest using the PAS ( Problem- Agitation - Solution) method because it's the simplest to pull off.
